DESCRIPTION:Mindlab Salon #3 – Becoming sound \nDear friends and fellow inner science enthusiasts\, \nit is my pleasure to invite you to the third Mindlab Salon on Friday the 9th of December 2022 from 19:30 – 23:30. \nThe Mindlab Salon is a casual space for hanging out with like-minded people\, and together exploring topics around inner science\, consciousness culture\, meditation\, psychology\, philosophy\, neuroscience\, AI\, psychedelics… \nThe third salon will be on the theme of “Becoming sound”\, exploring sound as a healing modality\, natural frequencies and related topics. The evening will feature a sound journey by the fantastic duo Ioanna and Sanya\, a fishbowl panel discussion on sound healing and the world premiere of InterPerSonar for three people (InterPerSonar is a full-body chanting and vibration experience). Later in the evening there is space for hanging out\, chanting and jamming\, so if you feel like making some music and you have an instrument\, bring it along. \nEvening flow \n\n19:30h: Doors open\n20h: Sound journey and panel discussion\n22:00: Hanging out\, jamming and sound conversations\n\nThe evening program starts at 20h sharp\, so if you want to join the event be there before that time. \nThe Salon is a co-creative and not a commercial event. There is no entrance fee (although donations are very welcome)\, there will be no selling of drinks or anything else. DESCRIPTION:Dear friends\, \nit is my pleasure to invite you to the fourth Mindlab Salon on Friday the 10th of March 2023 from 19:30 – 23:00 at CoopSpace. \nThe Mindlab Salon is a casual space for hanging out with like-minded people\, and together exploring topics around inner science\, consciousness culture\, community-building\, meditation\, AI\, psychedelics\, psychology\, philosophy\, neuroscience… \nHow can we create wholesome group spaces? How can we support and care for each other? How can we build sustainable communities? These and other questions will guide us in this this edition of the Mindlab Salon in which we will explore the theory and practice of community-building using microsolidarity. The aim of microsolidarity is to create small mutual aid communities that enable trust\, connection\, support and care\, being seen\, authentic feedback and a sense of intimacy and belonging. In an introductory talk I will give a bit of background on the underlying principles and share some of my own experiences with the framework. After that we will practice creating wholesome spaces within our self\, in dialogue with a partner and in small groups.
